Guangzhou Maidi Shuigu Automotive Mold Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary, specializing in the design and production of large-scale continuous molds, robotic arm molds, single process molds, and hybrid molds for automotive hardware parts. We have over 20 designers, over 90 manufacturing and assembly personnel, and are equipped with multiple CNC and high tonnage punch machines to provide you with integrated solutions, high-quality molds, and services.
Qingyuan Tuoyuan Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Dongri Technology Industry. The company is positioned as a secondary supplier in the automotive industry chain, providing production services for various primary supporting manufacturers.
At present, we have a 200T-800T PRG production line, a TDM production line, and a total of 15 punching machines. We have high-precision measuring instruments such as three coordinates, computer tensile testing machines, etc. We have passed IATF16949 certification and have a complete quality system management process.
Dongri Technology has a strong design team with over 30 members, each possessing rich industry experience averaging over 8 years. Our design team is dedicated to combining innovative ideas with efficient design processes to ensure we provide high-quality product solutions for our customers.
The processing department has numerous processing equipment:
CNC: 10 CNC machining centers (with a maximum workbench of 4m * 2.5m and a processing accuracy of 0.01-0.02mm). We have a 5-axis Okuma gantry CNC machining center and a 3+2 Weili WELE gantry CNC machining center; 5 sets of wire cutting machines and a series of mold production and processing equipment ensure the high accuracy of mold parts!
Mold debugging equipment: 1 500T oil press, 1 1000T oil press, and 1 1000T pneumatic punch, totaling 3 units.
Mold assembly and debugging personnel: With over 90 fitters and an average work experience of over 10 years.
Using Hexconn 7-axis 3D laser scanning for product surface accuracy measurement, supplemented by measuring tools, to digitally analyze the trend of product accuracy changes and improve the success rate of mold modification.
