This delivery project not only includes an integrated precision mold system solution but also incorporates fully automated robotic arm integration, reaffirming Dongri Technology’s exceptional capabilities in ultra-high-strength automotive stamping molds.

Overcoming Technical Barriers of Ultra-Hard Materials, Establishing Industry Standards

The technical challenges of this project centered on the forming process of two ultra-high-strength steel plates: SPC1180DUB and SCGA1180DUB-45. With hardness levels reaching 1180MPa and elongation rates as low as 5%-7%, traditional molds face industry-wide issues such as forming cracks and springback control. Maidi Mold’s R&D team leveraged its proprietary "Multi-stage Variable Clearance Compensation Technology" and a self-developed mold stress simulation system to successfully control component dimensional tolerances within ±0.08mm, achieving a 40% improvement over industry standards.


Intelligent Mold System Empowers Automotive Lightweighting

The TRF multi-station stamping mold system integrates intelligent temperature control, online inspection modules, and robotic automation transfer systems, enabling high-efficiency production at 20 strokes per minute. The specially designed six-station progressive die structure consolidates 24 traditional processes for automotive floor frame components into 5 continuous forming steps, boosting material utilization to 92% and driving cost-effective production for clients. Mass-produced components have passed customer’s global quality certification and will be used in TOYOTA 313D vehicle models.
