Hot stamping forming

Hot stamping forming involves heating boron steel sheets to the austenitic temperature range above 900℃, and then transporting them to a hydraulic press for stamping while the steel sheets still possess good ductility. The water-cooled molds ensure that the steel sheets undergo quenching, transforming into a martensitic structure, resulting in products with ideal shapes and tensile strength of up to 1500MPa. By utilizing hot stamping forming technology, automotive components can achieve complex geometries while maintaining an excellent balance between weight and strength, meeting the demands for safety and lightweight design in modern vehicles.
